I ordered the Barry Sweater from Easy Clothes and not only is it super soft and cozy, but such a talking piece! I have received so many compliments or people asking where I have purchased this sweater since owning it. It can be dressed up or down and is perfect for these chilly winter months and I have no issues with staying warm. A closet staple for sure! They also have fantastic customer service and quick shipping! Very responsive on social media and provide great feedback! Order number: 11454 Instagram: S.ophiehewitt

Order #12046 So glad I found this company through an IG ad. Gorgeous, high quality, good priced clothing. Everything I ordered was TTS! Needed to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size and couldn't be easier to do.

I found this shop on Instagram a few weeks ago and it has become my new obsession. I love that they have unique pieces that I don’t see at every other boutique I follow. I placed my first order last week and was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround speed. I got a shipping notification the day I placed the order!! Will definitely be ordering again. @kaileybhanna

One time I ordered a dress and they reached out to me telling me they didn't have the item to send me and it was a dress I needed for a Christmas party. The other issue I experienced was a sweater I bought and never even washed it balled all up and looks awful and they only thing they told me was sorry and that they discontinued the item because too many people had that issue but left us out the money and now a ruined sweater. The company responded to my review but your 14 day return policy doesn't help if people have no idea their clothes are defective and will look like the sweater went through a snag machine. I wore the sweater twice without washing it and can't wear it anymore because it's so bad. I tried the sweater on when I received it and I did like it and the fit. Who knew it would be defective? I wish there was a way I could up load a pic of it because it's awful. Two other customers reported the same issue on your IG page and you had so many issues you told me you were going to stop selling the sweater due to defects but you still left your customers screwed. My very first order I ordered a dress and then you reach out to me telling me you over sold the item and that I wasn't going to get the dress. Your company is awful and I should give you a 1 star.

Hi Shannon, From what our records show, your last order was on October 7th. We have a very flexible return policy for our customers which leaves you with up to 14 days from the moment you RECEIVE it to flag us with a sizing or any other issue. With the order in question being over 3.5 months old, we do not see any messages from your part mentioning this issue before a week ago. If the item had been sent back we would have gladly refunded you as you have experienced with your other past returned orders you have made with us. We truly apologize you feel this way and hope that you understand our stance on the matter. Wishing you a beautiful and sunny week, from the Easy Clothes family xx
