I had a return that I had forgotten to ship out on time and when I emailed customer service to inquire about how to proceed, a representative (Ashley), emailed me back the same day with next steps. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Can't say enough great things about this company and the customer experience.

Ordered the incorrect size and it was super easy to do a return/exchange. I hadn't heard anything back about additional information for sending the return back so I reached out. I received an email back in less than 24 hours and they solved the problem right then. Customer was so nice and easy to deal with!
