The two pieces I ordered were so cute and great quality! One sweater had a small snag, and when I reached out for a replacement (which they were happy to do) unfortunately it was sold out so they refunded me in full for the item. Ashley with their customer service team was so helpful! Will definitely purchase from them again!

I am a big fan of this company! The quality of products is great! Everything fits really well and is made out of quality fabrics! I had a little snafu with one of my orders and they fixed it no questions asked and came to me with an immediate solution and I didn’t even have to ask! They also responded very quickly! I will be a life long customer!

I unfortunately needed to return a few items due to sizing. The website made the return submission very easy, but there was a glitch in getting the return label sent to me. I emailed customer service and had a response and a return label in less than 20 minutes!

Excellent customer service! I didn't receive a package last week (either stolen or lost by USPS) and after explaining my situation, they are sending me replacement items since they are still in stock and opened a lost package investigation with USPS on my behalf. I will happily continue to be a frequent customer, especially after my terrific and kind experience! Thank you, Easy Clothes :)

Great customer service! Had ordered a sweater that was a little bit on me . It only came in s/m and m/l, I am medium and wasn’t sure which one to order so went with the bigger size and it ended being too big and bunching too much on me. Reached out to customer service for help on what my options were and they were very responsive. They set up a return label for me and waived the return fee since it was my first order. Already reordered the sweater in the smaller size and excited for it come in, clothes seem like good quality!
