No customer service available. Orders can not be tracked. Very poor online shopping w/risk of paying for items that are never shipped. My advice to Eastwood..fire your IT department and spend some money to get a reliable phone support and online shopping system. It’s unfortunate as I do like their products.

Purchased automotive tool from eastwood and after receipt found it would not work for my application. Never used and called for return authorization two days after receipt. Return authorization was refused and blame put on me. Don't trust this company!!!!

After several days of trying to place a 5k order, I received nothing but the run around on a sales tax credit. I found myself continuously speaking with a call center rep that knew absolutely nothing but pre-programmed responses. I became so frustrated, I cancelled my order all together. I began to realize if I had any issues with the equipment I was purchasing Eastwood would stick it right in my A$$. So, Im gonna go spend the money somewhere that believe customer service is as valuable as sales.

I have a mig 175. I bought this machine as a 2nd standby unit to my Lincoln. I have maybe 4 hrs total weld time on it. Mostly with the aluminum spool gun. I recently went to use it and the gas valve is sticking on wasting my gas. I called and ordered a replacement valve. The lady was cordial and first told me that I didn't sign a waiver..what waiver ? Nobody said anything about a waiver to put in a new part on my out of warranty machine. I knew it was out of warranty and didn't try to claim a warranty I just NEEDED my machine to work. I waited about 10 days..nothing ...so I called to check on my order. That's when I was told that I didn't sign some waiver so they cancelled my order. They said they had the wrong email address..their mistake. But they have my phone number and my email hasn't changed for 20 years. The excuses this place uses makes it seem like they don't give a S--t ! Then I went to look at others reviews. WOW. It looks like Eastwood Co does not take very good care of their customers. This review is as accurate as I can give one. If you have no dead lines of your own "this place is for you". If you like to order things and wait weeks for it, "they are for you". also if you like to order things in stock and then find out they are back ordered "this place is for you".

We ordered a set of 6 welding clamps and paid $130 to have them shipped. About 3 weeks went by with no clamps received so called customer service to ask where they were. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and said she would have to get back to us Monday as it was the weekend when we called. She also said the clamps ship directly from the manufacture. Monday she let us know that the clamps would be shipping out. We feel like someone completely dropped the ball and it took calling customer service and then her contacting the manufacturer for us to get them shipped. Also, when shipped it was USPS ground (the slowest least expensive way to ship) so not only did it take a long time to get once shipped we paid an exorbitant amount for all that time going by. I contacted Eastwood to see if they could refund us a portion of the shipping for such horrible service and have still yet to hear from anyone. Extremely dissatisfied and will never spend my hard earned money with this company again.

Recently order a multiprocess welder which costs over $500. I wait 3 days and then attempt contact to confirm if product has shipped. Facebook contact says please send us an email at this email address. I do and 4 hours later still no response. I call the 800 number and reach a Customer Service rep. He says they can't track the shipment until it's scanned in by FedEx, can't tell me when or if the package will ship and offers no solutions other than to wait. I ask for a supervisor and he refuses then says he's a backup supervisor. Ask for a supervisor phone number he again refuses. He says he can't connect me and can't tell me how I can connect. He says there is no way to cancel the order either. He refuses repeatedly to take action of any sort on the matter and then hangs up on me after simply saying have a good day and disconnected the call.
