I think everyone giving 1 star hasn't done the proper research on said Bonsai they are ordering. Ordered mine July 19th got here July 25th and it was packaged amazingly and the tree was alive and well and might I add quite beautiful. It was a gift for my girlfriend who has always wanted a bonsai and she could not be happier.
