Eastern Jungle GymReviews of easternjunglegym.com

Easy to order, showed up earlier than promised, good quality.

This is a strong and well engineered product. I would recommend it.

There could have some kind of instructions - like size of drill for lag screws, expectation of need to sand or plane wood to fit bracket. Also, nameplate is riveted in place and must be removed from bracket to simplify or ease installation of wood.

I called Eastern Jungle Gyms a couple of times before we decided on our playset. Both people were friendly and helpful and not pushy or impatient with my many questions. The only problem I had is one employee quoted an incorrect height on a playset that we were considering. (We found out the correct measurement later when we realized that the website and brochure and video said a different height than what she told us.)

the only complaint I have is when I called the company after placing the order to inquire about a price for updating something with my playset he said he would discuss with the manager there call me back. He never called back.
