They call you everyday and promise you results with MCA loans. However they just take your money and nothing is done. When asked to refund the money they told me is was already used for attorneys. But there was nothing done. They just steal your money!!

Since this company keeps flagging my reviews and having them removed I figured this time I would keep it simple and only quote them, im sure they cant have any complaints with words they themself wrote in response to my original review. > The call frequency was approximately a week apart. notice the vague language here, but even if we take them at their word they are calling me at a minimum of once a week harassing me. > Each of our agents were gentle & sincere in trying to help, however they were berated every time they identified themselves. They themself confirm their calls were not wanted yet they continued to call and harass me. > We went ahead and removed your contact information from our system and wish you only the best in your endeavors. What they fail to mention is they only removed me from their list after I posted my review here, and also attempted to bribe me to remove my review. All of these statements are facts or direct quotes provided by eastern financial partners.

Is business really that slow, that you have to bother me ALL THE TIME? STOP CALLING ME NON-STOP!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO SAY, "KNOCK-IT-OFF" with your phone calls. You are soooo annoying with this daily marketing nonsense. Bother someone who's interested... I'm clearly not!

If you enjoy getting endless spam calls from pushy salespeople offering "financial services" you never asked for, then Eastern Financial Partners is perfect for you! They have no regard for your time, repeatedly calling even after being told to stop. Their offers sound vague and untrustworthy, and I wouldn’t trust them with a dime. Legitimate companies don’t rely on cold-calling harassment to get business. Save yourself the headache and block their number!

Stop calling me, I will continue to hang up. I’ve already said I am cash flow with no debt… Take the hint.

UPDATED 1/30/2024(My original review is below) Mike, After our recent conversation and now reviewing this misleading portrayal of my case, I am even more disappointed and appalled. Your response contains false information, which aligns with the inconsistent communication I experienced throughout this process. While your written response is more respectful than your demeanor during our call, I must point out that your tone then was dismissive, cold, and lacked any compassion for the broken promises and misinformation that led to this situation. From the beginning, I was provided with inaccurate details, which I have substantiated through emails, texts, and call logs. Contrary to your claims, my payments were never reduced, and I find it unacceptable that you would publicly state otherwise. I paused my payments only after repeated attempts to seek clarity on discrepancies in what I was told versus what was actually happening. I explicitly communicated—both in writing and verbally—that no further payments should be taken until my concerns were properly addressed. You acknowledged this, promised to follow up, and then ceased responding entirely. Calls were ignored, texts went unanswered, and I was sent straight to voicemail. Seven payments in, with no resolution or accountability, you abandoned communication. Given the clear loss of trust and integrity in this process, I had no choice but to discontinue payments and cancel my engagement with your company. This situation could have been handled with honesty and professionalism, yet it was met with evasiveness and false assurances. I expect better, and so should any client seeking trustworthy service. ------------------------------ DO NOT DO IT!!! Eastern Financial Partners and their partner company took over $17,000 from my company offering NO deliverable or resolve. It seems they took advantage of my situation and have walked away with almost $20,000 and I have NOTHING to show for it!!. The compliance manager Mike Jacobson blocked my calls and texts while awaiting his follow-up. What fraudulence!!! After countless conversations, emails, texts and my initial delays in signing up to just be sure they would make good on their promises, I feel entirely taken advantage of and am in a worse state than I was before engaging with them. Their partner company MCA Resolve LLC is just as bad and I will be reviewing and reporting them all! In this economy to take advantage of company owners already in distress is absolutely horrible!!

Complete fraud and a scam
