Why have a phone number and email when you dont even use it. Takes for ever to get a response. Takes forever to physically ship products out and to even receive product. Especially when you live in the same area that they supposedly have the business located at. Just plane out horrible business. I dont get good vibes from east coast medical supply at all.

I've made two purchases through East Coast medical supply. On both occasion my order arrived on time and the content was correct. I appreciated the that the packaging was discreet as well. I would recommend this company to a friend!

Money was wasted on priority shipping since order wasn't shipped for nearly a week after placed. When I emailed to complain about this, I was told half my shipping cost would be reimbursed. It was not. I don't appreciate being lied to even more than the delay in shipping.

Good selection of supplies.

Recently, I ordered products and had an issue with the ability to contact the company and waiting for the arrival. Once the company knew that I had an issue, they worked hard to rectify the issue and was kind enough to offer discounts as well as a credit to the order in question. The people do care deeply and will take care of any situation as I have experienced. An important point to remember, all companies make mistakes, great companies pull together to make it right and make sure the customer is happy in the end.
