The products are good; the shipping is fast. They didn't actually answer the question asked the first time they respond to the e-mail, which delayed my finishing the order for several days.

Have only had 3 experiences with them and so far everything has been great, first order I ordered some of the stuff incorrectly. Sent them an email and they promptly gave me an RMA number and an address where to send back. I sent it back and sent them a tracking # and without waiting to receive the return items, they refunded me for those items so I could immediately order the proper ones. Wonderful company
