these were supposed to be sterile pack of 10 syringes with needles. They were improperly packed and up opening the flimsy envelope they mailed in I was stuck in the hand by a syringe that was uncapped. This is un acceptible and if I get sick from this I will sue this sloppy company.i demand another pack that should be in a hard container not a manila envelope that was crushed and easily damaged content.

i don't have any problem with the needles themselves. the packaging, however, is another story. the needles have been inserted backwards into the paper sleeves in which they are packaged. when you open the sleeve you are looking at the needle cap, which you have to grab with your fingers, pull the entire need and cap out of the wrapper and then attach it to syringe. this is not common practice and in fact is the opposite of what us common practice. there is, in my opinion, great opportunity to contaminate the base of the syringe using this type of setup. UPDATE within an hour of my review hitting the internet, east coast medical had someone from their complaint resolution team contact me. within a couple of days i had a replacement box of needles delivered to my home and all is well. it's great to see a company that takes the satisfaction of their customers so seriously as east coast medical supply. i would not hesitate to recommend them for your next purchase. they were fantastic! steve
