The have the inventory, their prices are extremely competitive, and they are discreet, and delivery “on time” with each order. You’ve been down graded, just my observation.
Online order proses ,Good. Shipping time , Good. Shipping box, Good. Inner boxes of merchandise , were squashed,open. The Needles were not damaged, but two cartons looked like they had been sat on ! I noticed you changed to a Chinese brand needle.

It was quick and easy
It was quick and easy. The shipment came in a couple of days, but it cost $20 for shipping and handling. I would rather have an option for slower shipping and lower cost of shipping.
