I have been a customer of East-West Tours for over 10 years. Any travel needs I have - I go directly to them. Even though i dont live in Seattle area it still makes sense to use them. Friendly and very professional in all aspects of travel needs - tickets, tours and foreign visas. Looking forward to working with East West Tours team in the near future.

A great company that has helped me find tickets and hotels fast and at the lowest possible prices. Alex, the travel specialist I work with, is always extremely nice and willing to accommodate any requests. I have worked with him many years, and am very thankful for all his help.

Our family have been using East West Tours to book travel for the last 20+ years. The air deals they find are always better than on the internet especially when it comes to complicated trips overseas including several connections. They have the same experienced and knowledgeable people working for the agency for many years. Together they provide an incredible travel resource, helping with visas, lodging, tour guides and other services. They helped us plan wonderful vacations in the US and overseas on many occasions. Their services is priceless. They are always available on the phone, via email or in-person. You can call them on their cell phones after hours and in case of emergency. You can always book a simple airfare online but when it comes to a more complicated trip using East West Tours is a smart choice.

When it comes to your traveling need be assured that he will do everything possible for you to get the best deal. I worked with East west –tours for over years. Trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg was excellent. Enjoyed it immensely. Never beem on a tour where I was the only participant. HOTELS - Hotels were both modern first class establishments with English-speaking staff, good restaurants, in walking distance to major tourist attractions. FOOD - I guess I was expecting boiled potatoes and cabbage, so I found the food delicious, especially in St. Petersburg. First time for blini, palmini, borscht, and kvass among other treats. GUIDES - Alexey in Moscow was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, professional, very good English. My Guide in St. Petersburg, Masha, was a treasure. Very pleasant to be with. Introduced me to traditional Russian food. Made my brief stay in St. Petersburg very enoyable. Can't say enough about Masha. OVERALL - A great trip.

East West Tours arranged our trip to Russia a few years ago. We stayed at the hotel Aquamarine in Moscow and Petro Palace in St. Petersburg. Both hotels were recommended and booked by East West Tours. They were good 4* properties, centrally located, with fairly large rooms and good service, and very delicious buffet breakfasts. We took an overnight train from Moscow to St. Petersburg. At first we were hesitant about taking the night train and concerned about comfort and security but the agent from East West Tours assured us that we would like it and she was 100% right! It turned out to be quite comfortable and we were able to sleep through the night. The tour guide in St. Petersburg deserves a special mention, she was a gem! Perfect English, encyclopedic knowledge of the subject, patience and willingness to go an extra mile to keep her tourists happy. Both drives and the guide in Moscow were good too. This was a memorable trip and we were lucky to have East West Tour arrange it for us.

Our experience was uniformly excellent. First, the itinerary, itself, introduced us to a Russia we didn't know existed (the Golden Ring). The guides were warm, relaxed and friendly, with good English proficiency and wonderful depth of knowledge (art, history, practical tourist-type questions). The planned meals were very good, and the guide recommendations for unescorted meals werre superb. Tour time versus free time was well balanced, though it is busy ---there is so much to see and you wouldn't want to miss anything! Also, and maybe I should have said this first...the PLANNING process was a breeze because East-West did all the difficult paperwork. Getting the appropriate visas and permission to see what you want to see can be daunting, but East-West seamlessly took care of it all.
