Often molds are too shallow and do not reach to the second bend of your ear and might result in the seal being too loose or uncomfortable, but in your case we are happy to hear that the plugs fit perfectly despite that. Hi Christopher, Thank you for the feedback. Upon checking your order information, order was placed on 1/4/23 and was delivered by 1/6/23. We have automatic email responses that gets sent to the customers for order confirmation and separately for shipping tracking information. It may be possible those emails are sent to your spam folder, kindly help check to see if they can be retrievable. Our sizing is designed to be comparable to that of the Apple's tips. Hello Steve, Thank you for giving our product a try and we are sorry to hear that your experience is not completely satisfactory. All the pieces of the Eartune Aqua U are modular. The leash can be removed after detaching the ear tip, which allows you to use the Eartune Aqua U as ear plugs. In addition, please try the different sized ear tips and ear hooks included to see which size is most comfortable for your ears. This may allow a better and secure experience for your use. As the tips are made out of memory foam, please try the following for a better fit: 1. Compress the large size tips. 2. Insert them into your ears. 3. Hold the foam tips in your ears until they expand and conform to the shape of your ears.
