I bought the pack with the 3 sizes. The small is way too small, the medium is still too lose, and when I move up to the large the plastic nub under the ear tip digs into my ear. The memory foam doesn’t seem to give me any better fit than the original apple ear tip.

Price is definitely "custom" (one pays a premium for something that's customized to oneself), but the execution is absolutely not. The ear plugs are really small, and while they fit reasonably well, they do not insulate sound like their larger cousins from ADV sound do (ADV sound is the side of the company that does custom IEM tips, and those both fit in well, and insulate sound much much better). Now I do need custom tips to help me sleep, but these are simply not the solution. They are simply way too small and shallow to work well. In fact, Mack's ear plugs work a lot better (though they are disposable ....) I feel cheated.

Tips don't seal well in my ears

Hello Carl, It may be possible that you need a different size to obtain the best seal. If haven't already, could you kindly squeeze the foam first before inserting them into your ears? Although the earplugs are advertised as being for sleep, sadly they do get a bit painful in the middle of the night from the pressure they place on the outer ears. And they do create a pressure in the ears that possibly seems dangerous to the health of the ear. I’m not convinced they are actually safe.

The product was delivered quickly but it said it was medium size and the one I received is the size of the small tips that came with my headphones so unfortunately they won’t work for me.

Honestly this took way too long. It seemed like i couldn't get ahold of an employee and then was told the molds I sent in had no order #. Ok, so the one on the bag was covered by UPS. But the pic they sent me didnt show the box the molds were in in the package. That had the order # on it. OR the package slip that had thr Order #, address, and instructions, that was also in that package. The molds just werent in an envelope and thats all. They'd have been destroyed! Missed the time frame for it to be the gift I was hoping to give. Now They've switched buds because the ones she had didn't fit so theyre useless... Other than that, Its my understanding they fit at least, and they eventually came in so theres that too.

Hello Romeo, We regret to hear about the missed timing. Normally, we are able to match the ear impressions to orders immediately. Which then we try our best to deliver the custom tips/plugs within 3 weeks, pending order volume level. To aid in this process, we request multiple information from the customers when the impressions are being shipped so that we may have multiple ways to match the orders to the impressions--emailing us the tracking number would be the best way to inform us.
