After much negotiating, Earth was able to accommodate my request and when the original vehicle was not available, they called me well in advance to notify me. I would definitely use them again and share with other to use their services as well.

The one thing that we did not like was that the partition cannot be rolled up - it was our wedding night and not very romantic talking to the driver. Otherwise, great.

My only complaint was that our driver dropped us off at the wrong resort.

We had a great time, the chauffeur took us everywhere we wanted and even let us stay out 2hrs later than agreed. Of course we were charged the extra time but was all and all a great ride. We were steered to go to certain strip clubs even know we had a specific one we wanted to go to. Also the tip was a little strange. We tipped 20% up front and then another $40 for the 2 extra hours. The limo driver then took the last person to his hotel and asked for a tip claiming he didn't receive one. I would use this company again.

Chris, We are so pleased to hear that your bachelor party was a success and you had a great time! It is not, however, acceptable for the driver to be asking for additional tip money. We did research your ride and wanted to let you know that this driver is no longer with our company for this type of behavior. We look forward to seeing you the next time you're in Vegas! Thank you, Team EARTH :)

I booked a round trip from the airport to my hotel when I visited Vegas 2 weeks ago. The initial driver was great! He was early to the airport, helped with our bags. He talked to us about why we were in Vegas. he pointed out some good places to visit. At the end of the ride he asked me to sign a receipt which I then received later via email. Tedros was an all around great guy for the short amount of time that we spent with him. I'd recommend this gentleman any time. The return trip to the airport was not so great. We had a different driver who was late. I called the office and they told me that the driver was at the hotel waiting. She conferenced the call with the driver who was at the valet entrance to the hotel. When we told him that he was in the wrong spot to pick up her drover past me twice to go to another location. When i called him again he argued with me that he was in the correct place. This went on for 15 minutes which already makes this a bad customer experience. We he finally came back to the correct door he insisted that I changed locations and plead his case instead of simply apologizing for the delay. There was no receipt to sign after this trip. I would have been better off taking a cab to the airport. I assume that this driver may have been new to this type of service and hopes that he learns from this instance on how to speak to customers as well the difference between valet drop off & Limo/Cab pick up.

Shaun, thank you for the kind review of the service that you received from Tedros. We are going to be looking into your return trip to identify who the second driver was. It is our goal to have consistency with the service that you receive. Thank you for letting us know so that we correct the behavior. Team EARTH :)

I booked a stretch F350, that was annotated on the website as being able to hold 30 people, I had 28 in my party so I thought PERFECT! A few days before my event I got a call from a driver stating that they had the vehicle reupholstered and they could no longer fit 30 people to which I said no worries, i have 28, I was told 28 would be good. The day of the event, we start piling in the limo and the driver says he can't fit anymore than 25 people in the limo, I tell him about the convo I had a few days prior, and he apologizes and says he can't fit that many people, so 2 of my guys ended up having to transport themselves to our event. All in all, the drivers were very professional, service was great, I just wish the information annotated on the website was correct and didn't cause the confusion it did on the day of the event.
