I appreciate the phone service but the payment method needs to be worked on.

I booked airport service for 2 parties. It took more work than necessary to make sure the bookings were appropriate for the flights.1 party had to call their office upon arrival and again at departure. The driver and vehicles were very good but the details weren't great. I believe it was due to communication.

We had scheduled two pick-ups. The first one, picking us up from the airport, was great. The driver was there waiting for us with a sign and was very helpful. The second one didn't go well. We were to be picked up at our hotel and brought to the airport. They weren't there at the scheduled time, so I called customer service and they said the driver would be about 10 mins. We waited and when he still wasn't there I called again. They said he would be another 10 minutes. At that time I said to cancel because we weren't able to wait any longer as we had a flight to catch. This to was unacceptable due to the fact that we were on our way to the airport and that fact was indicated on our reservation. In my opinion a driver should always be early, especially when it comes to bringing people to the airport. However, I was very glad that a refund was given promptly.

I was looking for a limo bus company to transport my wedding guests from the Las Vegas strip to a little church in Boulder City which is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Earth Limo's came recommended from the wedding planners. When I researched them they had a perfect size bus to haul 35 people for that distance. The rate was around $160 per hour, I needed them for about 3 hours so it was completely withing our budget. I called up and spoke with a booking agent who set up all the information, send me with e-sign to confirm and give my credit card info then received confirmation that she had received the email. It was about 1.5 weeks before the wedding when I called up to see if there was a possibility of downsizing the bus because we had about 10 people less, when to find out the bus was never booked. The second lady I talked to was great and gave me a confirmation number and total cost for about $670 which included the tip. Sounded right for about 3 hours of having the bus. The bus pick up was great, I was in a separate vehicle almost to the church on my wedding day when Earth Limo's said that it was only a one way trip and I needed to rent a second bus to pick up my guests and take them back to the strip after the wedding which was going to cost another $300. Keep in mind that it was $1000 to transport 25 people for 2 hours. How in the world can they get away with that. And I had no choice but to accept their lower shuttle bus which was 30 minutes late for pickup because I was about to get married. So upset about the whole experience and they didn't even apologize. Very very very unhappy. Please make sure you confirm EVERYTHING with them since they don't have a clue how to treat people. ...... After posting this review, Nicole from Earth Limo's reached out to me and made the situation right financially. I appreciated that they were proactive and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. It was just ok! My son's first trip to Las Vegas, so we wanted to make it special.The driver was there to greet us and collect our luggage. The limo was very clean and the bottle of champagne we ordered was waiting for us. I only wish we could have driven down the strip to enjoy the limo ride. I thought we paid for the hour and we only had maybe a 15 min ride to the hotel. They were more concerned about picking up their next stop, than us enjoying our ride.

Booked limo transfer from the airport to Caesars Palace. Called Earth Limos when we had collected our bags and was told that the driver was already at the airport. The driver was polite and helpful, there was water available inside the limo, which was very welcome (it would have been nice to have had some champagne or sparkling wine too and would have paid extra if it had been available). The limo itself needed a little attention, the air conditioning vent was broken which needed replacing and there was no music playing, just a crackerly radio you could hardly hear. This was a surprise for our son's 21st birthday and think that the experience could have been enhanced if there was better music playing and more than just water available to drink. Basically they do what it says on the packet, they turn up and they take you to your hotel, so generally it is a good service but could be made better with attention to detail.

The Limo ride itself was excellent. Cleanliness of Limo was excellent. The driver on the other hand was flat out rude to everyone with the exception of our wddding party riding in the Limo. He told the very nice lady at The Neon Museum to shut up and he would inform us of where he was going to park to wait for our photo shoot. He literally pointed at her while interrupting her and yelled at her. Like I said he was polite to our party but what horrible customer service and attitude towards everyone else. (Follow up on my experience, I was contacted within 5 minutes by Nicole one of the owners and we discussed my experience. She was very sincere in her apology and comped us a free limo ride from the airport on our next trip. And as I mentioned to her that I would use Earth Limos in the future, everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I think the driver was having a very bad day. And as she stated their is no excuse for that. ) Thank you Nicole!!
