We ordered this for once in lifetime moment to celebrate Graduation. Now of the lights worked in the Hummer! The driver had to be asked more than 5 times to get out and fix the interior lights when he finally did he blamed our party, then took them without telling them behind the Mandalay Bay, spent an hour, didn't fix. Ended this ride about a half hour because it was pitch black. They offered some refund but Lou who claims he is the only person authorized to refine was real rude is it made the resolve ineffective. Everyone else I dealt with were excellent but he was a giant jerk who basically told me to shut up and let him talk or I wouldn't get a refund. He was argumentative, refunded hall ride and gratuity, but to be fair the time was short by over an hour and it was pitch black, he answered this by saying yes but you got a ride and they offered free time on day of service, really, it was dark inside you couldn't see anything! Too Bad it started out great, but the product was epic fail!

We ordered the 35 passenger party bus and luckily we had a few people not show up and had about 28 people but the bus felt very cozy with that many people. It would be very uncomfortable with the max passengers I would think. They told us that if we brought a USB cord that we could play our music through our iPhone (told me this thee times). We get on the bus and the driver says there is no jack to do that so we had to listen to his music. This party bus was in lieu of a normal wedding reception so we had created a playlist so we could party and dance with our friends in the bus (major let down for a bride and groom, let me tell you). We stopped at the fountains at Bellagio and after that the driver tells us that we can play our music through Bluetooth which made us happy but the bluetooth signal kept going in and out so the music played very choppily but it was better than not having our music. We also visited Fremont street and the Welcome to Vegas sign. All was good with that. The bus was priced well and drinks that they provided were all very reasonable. The major issue we had was when we left the bus. In all the chaos of guests of ours leavining immediately when we got back to our hotel, I had a shopping bag with my iPhone, a camera, and some cards guests gave us on the bus. I thought a friend of ours had grabbed it for us. Not realizing until after the bus had left, I called the company and they assured us from the video that someone had taken it off the bus. We had close friends and family on the bus, no strangers and no one had the bag with the camera or the iphone on it. I called back about 2-3 times asking the limo company to review the tape and they did and said someone took it off the bus. I have a hard time believing that my friends or a family stole those items or accidentally took the bag and wouldn't let us know. But the limo company hasn't found the bag and no one else has it either. The iphone can be replaced and the camera can be replaced BUT the memory card in the camera with pictures from our wedding weekend and those memories cannot be replaced and that's what upset me the most. Lesson learned for us and we should have guarded it more but it was our wedding and everyone wants to talk to us and have drinks so guarding my bag with people I trusted wasn't on the top of my priority list. The tour was good and everything with booking the bus and the services provided were fine. I'm just upset that I can't be told a description of who took that bag off the bus when the limo company has video of it.

Scheduled a limo for a special anniversary vacation in Las Vegas. Verified by email AND phone that the service would pickup my wife at the airport upon her arrival for an awesome ride to a 5 star resort hotel. After stressing the importance of this occasion, the receptionist lady on the phone promised not to worry and that everything is set for my wife's arrival. The worst thing possible happened...wife arrived as scheduled and waited at the airport past midnight but the car service never showed. After already spending hours on a plane, then waiting hours in an airport at night, she was tired and angry. I had to scramble to make alternative arrangements through a different carrier. Apparently, this company scheduled me for the WRONG day even after I verified details. In addition, there was discrepancy in what I was charged. We filed a complaint by email AND phone with the company but never got a follow-up, refund or apology from anyone. Lots of disorganization and no follow through. Do NOT use for special occasions or guests.

I booked a limo for my mother's birthday. I prepaid for service the next day. I ended up dozing off for a little bit (with my phone beside me), and I ended up missing my limo tour. I called the next day to explain what happened. The company did nothing to accommodate me whatsoever AND lied about their driver contacting me. They said the driver did everything to reach me the night before. He did not call my cell, room or anything. I would've heard had the driver called, like other reputable vendors in Vegas I've worked with. They took my money and refused to give it back or work with me. I am now filing a former complaint with thw state and will let everyone know of this company that takes your money and tells lies about their customer service. They don't even deserve the star I was forced to give.

I have being working with you guys for few years and now I notice that you are charging me from $5 to $10 dollars over the price agreed for months now and this is really unacceptable since Im an affiliate and I just make about 410 dollars for each trip I pass in to you. Also I farm out to you a trip on May 1 and you never pick up my client and on top of that you charge my credit card today I call your office after many attempts and Im still waiting for a call from your manager.

Our experience was a bad one. We booked a nice ford limo after being told it was the best. The driver shows up 30 minutes early and acted like he had an attitude after we had him wait. Whats worse, he shows up not in the limo but a party bus. He then asks for a broom because he had just dropped off a previous party. It was filthy. Trash all over the place, just gross. He then asks us for our ipad to play music. We called about this and to thid day no one has returned any calls. We wanted some form of reimbursement after that experience But got Nothing. We will NEVER use this service again.

I reserved a party bus to take my wedding guests from my chapel to the reception. A total 15 minute ride cost me $200+. Paid $40 for champagne that I was not charged for at first. Told them I was not charged. They said I was charged correctly. Then weeks later they took the $40 off my card without notice. The party bus over heated during the 15 minute ride and broke down. The driver did not know how to work the stereo, so my guests listened to static on a PARTY BUS!!! I reserved a town car to pick me up from the chapel to go to the reception. They never called when they arrived. I had to call to find out they were waiting for me. They showed up in an SUV, not a town car. I was in a huge poofy wedding dress trying to climb up into an SUV and then try to for my dress in it too! Both drivers got lost. They were using their personal cell phones as GPS. So unprofessional! Our SUV driver ended up just giving us her phone because she couldn't work Google maps. HORRIBLE!
