I had left a message on the EarthHero website, or I had left a voicemail message for their main office in Florida. At the time, I thought I needed a paper copy of an invoice. Customer Service Caitlin responded by email on the next business day, offering to help with an invoice. Fortunately, my "lost sheets" turned up at the laundry cleaning business. My sheets were found, yaaaay!!

I always receive the best of the best when it comes to the products themselves and customer service. Having placed many orders over the years, I always have received the best attention to any questions or needs that have come up, and in a timely fashion. These products never let me down either. I keep coming back to the same products that I love from this site as they are in quality and in value the best choice for me, my family and my home. Making the conscious choice while shopping online has never felt so effortless.

Great company! Great products! Great mission! I just received my order from EarthHero.com and love the dish brushes and my shampoo bars. High quality brushes and the ZWS shampoo bars lather great! Everything came boxed with no plastic and no unnecessary waste which was a plus, as amazon is insane with unnecessary packaging materials. I know some people here are complaining about longer shipping times but i got my order in about a week which is understandable being they use USPS ground which is an everyday mail carrier and is more sustainable then just shipping through UPS and or Fedex that have to go out of they're way to get you your order. I feel they do exactly what they stand for - Sustainable shopping and supporting small businesses. Sometimes that does not always mean super fast shipping and being wasteful just for the convenience of customers. I am ok with that, and will be a long time supporter from my shopping experience.

Shipping is quick and everything arrives in recyclable packaging definitely a win for a planet. The website is easy to navigate with a clean design that makes discovering eco friendly alternatives simple, even for sustainability beginners.
