I was charged for the product and never received a confirmation I mail, or response to my emails asking for explanations.

I went to the site after seeing a YouTube ad--super excited to try the product! As I was on their site I received an alert from my browser security app that it was an unsafe site, and I got a pop up immediately after entering their site. I see in these reviews they have shady business practices--it seems one of them is to download malware and/or adware onto your device! They won't be getting my business. Ever. Especially after reading all these reviews!

Product is average. Additives are required to remove smells. Unexpectedly, a charge went on my card and more detergent came in the mail. I never requested a subscription. Nowhere on their site can you cancel delivery only postpone a shipment.

Do not dissolve, poor quality product. Waist of money

I discovered Earth Breeze and received my order in a timely manner. I love the product as it is helping me become more aware of taking care of my environment. Just placed my next order.

A very negative experience but resolved quickly by Earthbreeze Christmas Day I receive an email saying I am being sent a subscription order I can’t login I can’t change my password as they do not have an account with my email On Boxing Day, I received a full refund and a brief apology in response to my very strong criticism of this company and my demand for a refund of monies I had not authorised being taken from my account. The product may be good (I liked it) but the business model is certainly not…..

J'ai commandé pour la première fois en septembre 2021 et ai pris un abonnement dont j'ai éte très satisfaite jusqu'en juin 2022. Or depuis juillet, d'abord un souci de changement de compte, j'ai eu du mal à réenclencher l'abonnement et ai finalement fait une nouvelle commande en septembre pour laquelle je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Malgré des mails disant que la livraison est en cours que ça arrive, etc. Ma boîte aux lettres reste désespérément vide. Bref, j'arrête les frais ! Dommage car j'étais très satisfaite jusque là.
