I ordered Once. Earth breeze they put me on a recurring order,when I ordered the first the time I chose One time now they are dept my account and sending me a order every month. I tried to cancel the subscription. I went on their wed site and filled it out explaining why I am cancelling. Know They just took more money from my bank. There is no way to speak with a human. I feel that they are shady. It's a quick way to steal there customers.

I'm a fan of these sheets. They work well, the scent is subtle and they are a very good product. On par with any other laundry product I've used before and I prefer the less invasive scent. You have, however, most likely unknowingly signed up to automatic repeat purchases! To prevent this, once your order is complete, access your account (via the order confirmation email and "view order") and delete your payment details order the selection of products listed. You'll see under the payment section what you have "agreed" to pre-authorise payment for. This is the quiet catch that I was watching out for and still did not notice. In fairness, once mine auto reordered, I contacted their inbox and someone responded in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday. This kept things at 4* but I still need to see if the refund happens. Product 4* Delivery 5* Extra bits on the deal I got 4* (reusable paper towel is a non-starter for me. Tote bag and storage tin are very good) Surprise repeat purchase 2* (good to have the service, bad it's not obvious) Customer service 4* (so far, could reach 5 depending on refund process) Best of luck

I like the product, but also was surprised by unexpected monthly subscription. However, upon contacted customer service by email on their website I got refund and cancellation. It was very quick and professional. I will buy again in the future, maybe thru Amazon just to sure there is no monthly charges.

I want to share my honest experience with Earth Breeze because it’s a mix of a great product and a somewhat confusing subscription setup. My original order was about $55.00, and I truly believed I was making a one-time purchase to try out different fragrances. About 30 days later, I received an email saying they were processing another order for $71.00—and that’s when I realized I had been signed up for a subscription without fully realizing it. I responded within 24 hours asking what they meant, and I will say their customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly, and I told them I did not want a subscription and wanted everything canceled. While handling that, I also logged into my account and noticed there were actually multiple subscriptions listed, which was confusing. I wasn’t sure if it was based on different scents or something else, but it definitely wasn’t clear. They followed up right away confirming that my subscriptions were canceled, which I appreciated. However, they also explained that the current $71.00 order was already being processed and couldn’t be stopped. I asked if they could cancel it anyway, and they politely told me to contact them once I received it to see what could be done. Once the order arrived, I decided to keep it. Honestly, I do like the product—it works well, smells great, and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of repackaging and returning it. Overall, I think Earth Breeze has a really good product and very responsive customer service. My only concern is how the subscription is presented. It should be much clearer during checkout, and having multiple subscriptions show up on my account made things even more confusing. Just a heads up—make sure you double-check your order so you’re not automatically enrolled in a subscription unless that’s what you actually want. UPDATE: They contacted me again on 4/27 with more options... Since your order was delivered, I can add a credit toward your next order, plus 20% added value as a thank-you, so you can enjoy future products when you are ready. This way, your next one will be free (and worth even more!). If you’d still prefer a refund instead, no problem, I can take care of that right away. Just let me know which option you’d like. I've been ordering from them for years, the customer service has always been great. They are so prompt and kind in their communication. The prices are a bit high, but I highly recommend as an overall awesome company.

If I had read all these negative reviews, I may not have decided to subscribe. But the reviews I read beforehand were mostly positive, so I did a 3 month subscription. I guess I've been using them about 4 months now. So far so good. No excess charges, etc. As far as the product itself, the only thing I'd complain about is that I have to use double the amount they say to use. If I don't, there are no suds in the washer, and if I don't see suds, I don't feel like my clothes are getting clean. But not a big deal as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise, my clothes look, feel and smell clean when finished. I do like the fact that I don't have to lug around heavy plastic detergent containers from the store, to my driveway, and up steps to my door. So... I would recommend. 4 stars.

A very negative experience but resolved quickly by Earthbreeze Christmas Day I receive an email saying I am being sent a subscription order I can’t login I can’t change my password as they do not have an account with my email On Boxing Day, I received a full refund and a brief apology in response to my very strong criticism of this company and my demand for a refund of monies I had not authorised being taken from my account. The product may be good (I liked it) but the business model is certainly not…..

J'ai adhéré depuis peu à la lessive écologique. Jen suis plutôt satisfaite. Pas de déchet, pas d'encombrement. Ça change la vie... Et, la qualité du lavage est bonne. Je recommande.
