Commande passée le 4 février. Censée être livrée sous 5 à 7 jours. Livraison 3 semaines plus tard sans aucune explication ni réponse aux mails. Normal pour le délai, l’expéditeur est en Chine. À l’usage c’est satisfaisant.

Commande passée le debu janvier j'ai jamais reçu la commande arnaques faites attention je sais plus à qui faire confiance vraiment et j'aimerais reccuper mon argent mais je sais pas cmt faire si vous pouvez m'aider. Merci

I placed an order an opted for the annual plan. They proceeded to charge my card 29 times @ $172 each for 29 annual plans. This action triggered the fraud department with my credit card. I also had a completely random charge on my card from a company called madmuscles, a company I've never done business with. Coincidence? Possibly, but I don't believe so. Now my card has been cancelled and I need to redo all my auto pay accounts. It came out to be more than $5000 because they also charged me for the initial single packet I originally signed up for before they said it's not too late to change your plan to an annual plan for additional savings. I don't know if the "site" was fraudulent, or the "company", or if malware was part of it. All I know is that the trust factor has been lost with this company.

I had an issue as others did with clicking the full order, but it was instantly refunded upon speaking with customer service, and I got to keep the product. I was so happy with how they cared for the client that I decided to jump on auto-ship for the single package after a year. I wish to support their endeavors, especially with their honest business practices. I hope the initial product ad has changed. It's worth doing business with them. I never use a half sheet, though. I usually need at least one whole one.

Arnaque, lingettes reçu. A vérifier encore s'il y a la quantitée parcontre ça vient directement de chine... soit disant écolo mais finalement on ne sait pas la composition. Aucune indication. Gros doute que ce soit vérifié comme efficace et non toxique..

Attention arnaque ! Commande passée le 30 octobre, débité et toujours rien recu le 20 decembre. Aucune reponse aux mails !
