I purchased 4 packages to try out. This was enough to last me about 4-5 months. 3 weeks later I got a notice from paypal that Earthbreeze had billed me twice as much and shipped me another 4 packages. In my opinion, this is a scam. No where did I see on the purchase page of their website that I had been put on auto ship. I ended up out over $130.00 because they would not refund. They stated that they had shipped already. By the way, at this time, I have not received second shipment. If you purchase from them using Paypal, I would immediately go to your Paypal account and block future purchases from Earthbreeze so that you don't lose money on unexpected orders.

I saw ad on YouTube. Went to site. They asked how many packages you want 1-4. Then they ask do you want to add other items without a subscription. Then they ask payment method.then they ask review order & how u find us question and a submit at bottom. So sticker shock hits. Your total for laundry sheets are $255 so you try to delete stuff in cart only to find out your payment method has already been charged and each item has a subscription attached. I never hit the submit button. PayPal stated I had to wait for pending charges to actually hit. I emailed company to not proceed with order, it was fraudulent advertising, and they had no permission to charge my account. Each item that was added to cart was charged when clicked on and added a subscription to payment all while stating save without subscription. Don’t order from site ad they are padding charges.

I love that Earth Breeze detergent sheets are made in the USA. But I don’t like that the packaging shows that these sheets are perforated. They are not, and as I often do small loads, now I have to commit a scissor to the laundry room. Also they insisted on sending me a “free” tote bag with this shipment when I specifically asked them to KEEP the tote bag as I already have too many. This is not an anti-waste company if they do stuff like that.

They make it completely impossible to cancel a costly subscription.... I can only find how to change the next delivery date... there isn't even a contact number, you can only write an email.... from which I do not get any reply

Stinky!!! I’ve been using these guys for years and for years now our clothes have smelt musty and gross! Like left in the wash too long. We washed with vinegar and washed our machine with vinegar multiple times, and the smell would never leave. Then one day I see someone say their “all natural” detergent is making their clothes stink so bad. So i switched to blue land and holy cow, night and day!! After a wash or two, our clothes don’t stink anymore!! Only two stars because price is cheap.

Earth breeze cleans ok but the citrus scent is overwhelmingly awful and so strong the whole house is affected. We're throwing it out!!!

Doesn't wash well...and I signed up for trial pkg... which I disliked ...and was charged for monthly subscription...!....The charged me and I got pkg 10 days later ...have emailed them 6 x for return label and refund ... Don't order from FB !

I ordered Once. Earth breeze they put me on a recurring order,when I ordered the first the time I chose One time now they are dept my account and sending me a order every month. I tried to cancel the subscription. I went on their wed site and filled it out explaining why I am cancelling. Know They just took more money from my bank. There is no way to speak with a human. I feel that they are shady. It's a quick way to steal there customers.
