I’ve used these earplugs continuously since 2005 because they’re soft and pliable, extremely comfortable and they block out sound. You can break them apart into smaller pieces or if you have large ears, put one whole earplug in each. I’m a small woman and I use 1/3 of a plug In each ear. I barely feel them when laying down on my side which is the ultimate test. I’ve used them on everything from airplanes to snoring boyfriends. I use them even when there’s no sound to block because they help quiet my senses and help me relax and fall asleep. I love these earplugs and highly recommend them. I can honestly attest that they’re everything they’re advertised to be.

Sadly, I cannot get a good seal. I’ve followed the instructions to a T, but they just don’t close off my ear canal properly. I can still hear talking, outside noises, construction, the trains outside my window, etc. Tried to insert over a dozen times last night and eventually gave up and went back to my regular foam plugs. I’m sad because they are expensive and I bought 6 pairs thinking they would work for me. Perhaps my ear canals are a different shape.
