I am now a loyal customer of 5 years and won't buy earplugs anywhere else. Here's why: - They block out considerably more noise than any other earplugs I've tried (and I've tried many kinds as I have super senstive hearing and am a very light sleeper). Once they're in, they very significantly reduce noise levels, including low pitch noise which is hardest to block. .- As the earplugs are mouldable, they really fit properly so they're comfortable and they stay in. (And the mouldable nature of the plugs is part of the reason they block out so much noise - you get a proper seal). Non-mouldable earplugs are just not like this, often hurting the inside of the ear after a while (especially if you lie on that side) and very often falling out or becoming unsealed so noise floods in. I also like that they come with a little pot to store them in so they stay clean and you're less likely to lose them. These ear plugs really are different and really do work - I strongly recommend you try them.

I wish there were more travel containers to make it easier to travel with them.

I called originally to see if they could tell me a way to make the plugs maintin their seal after the first couple of uses. They are supposed to be reusable as they are very expensive. They suggested getting lanolin oil that 'you can get anywhere' (NOT). I tried pharmacies and Supermarkets all over town. Am currently looking for an alternative.

First time to order these earplugs; it took me a while to get familiar with how to adjust and use them, but boy! Do they ever work to keep the sound out!

I was super excited to get these earplugs which I paid a lot for 1 pair; a rounded total of $8.00 that includes shipping and handling. I got them in the mail in a timely fashion which was nice and opened packet to try them. I read the instructions in full and prepared to follow them. As soon as I took them out of the package I caught a whiff of their unpleasant odour (faintly reminiscent of cow dung). I disregarded it because they're going in my ears and they're supposed to be the best. I followed the instructions for insertion to the letter and attempted to get them into my ear. it turned out to be very uncomfortable feeling, and left a foul smelling residue on my hands and in my ear. They also did not work nearly as well as the earplugs I usually use when I did get the seal to actually...seal. Lastly your website says a "FULL" money back guarantee but as usual the shipping costs are not included in the word "FULL" and they're also more money than the product so again as usual I the consumer have to eat the cost of this I'm very sorry to say terrible product. Now I hate leaving a completely negative review; so I will say the lady on the phone when I called to ask about getting my money back was very friendly and sounded like she genuinely felt bad that I essentially got unintentionally ripped off . I will now descend from my soapbox and bid you good day. I hope my review was helpful despite being terrible. :(

These really are the best noise reducing ear plugs. They last a long time and are comfortable.
