Please don't ever stop making these earplugs! I am a light sleeper and always had trouble sleeping before I discovered these. Amazing product! They block out all disturbing noise but you can still hear alarms or other noises you need to hear when sleeping, and they usually stay put all night. Thank you!

I ordered ear plugs from this company on the 24th. May and still have not received them. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. I now have to resort to further measures to ontain my money back, which I will do.

We are absolutely certain to have shipped your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We have apologized to you because of the slower delivery service from the US Postal Service, the UK customs dept and UK Royal Mail. Your demand for an immediate refund is not warranted. We are presently attempting to track your order and if we find that it has been lost, then we will most certainly give you a total refund; but to give you a refund at this time is not warranted because your order will most certainly arrive any day now. If we issue you an immediate refund now and your ear plugs arrive tomorrow, then what would you like us to do? Re-charge you again? I had honestly hoped that this product would enable me to sleep with my partner again after us taking it in turns to sleep in the spare bedroom due to his snoring. I was wrong. It is just like placing plasticine in your ears and I'm scared it's going to break off and get stuck in my ear. It doesn't fully block out the sound of his snoring and this may be due to me not being able to insert it into my ear like I do with other ear plugs even though I have molded it into my ear around the outside so it creates a seal. They also took about 3 weeks to get to me in Austrlaia. For how much they cost I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I live in hope though and will persevere.

Dear Helen: It's obvious that you are afraid of the ear plug and you are inserting it much too delicately to have it seal and block out. I too wear this exact ear plug every night and this is the HIGHEST BLOCKING moldable ear plug in existence and it works wonderfully; but to experience the exceptional blocking, please follow the steps below for correctly (preparing & inserting. You will then see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate and you will experience this fine ear plug at its best! Many adults with smaller ear canals do not insert the whole ear plug; for just after they have kneaded the ear plug to make it soft and moldable, they pinch off at least (a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. This can make a big difference, yet you do want to insert enough ear plug material to be able to block out well. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 25 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you should notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Helen, this is a magnificent ear plug please give this fine moldable ear plug, “A Fair Test”. I have tried so many versions of ear plugs, through recommendations from friends, reading reviews on Amazon, or just try something else out, so I did not have high expectations with these. Though I am pleased to say, after trying out the sample pack, I have ordered more. I do notice a decline in their ability to block, though I have used these almost every night for months, I guess that is to be expected. What is nice about these plugs, is they truly mold to your ear, and I must have an unusual shape because nothing else fits. Even with these I only use half an ear plug. A big plus with these is that you can still sleep on your side with these in, and though you know there is something in your ear, it is not that annoying plug that sticks out! If you have had issues with out ear plugs, I would recommend giving these a try. I admit I was reluctant, but am glad I took the $7 gamble.

I've used these for years now. Couldn't imagine life without them. I'm an unfortunately light sleeper, but with these babies I don't have to worry about noisy neighbors, roommates, traffic, or train horns. I just sleep right through it all. They're very comfortable and do an excellent job blocking sound.
