Dear Kirk: Our sincerest apology on the delay in arrival. We experimented by first giving our packages to the courier UPS, for they said that they would fly the ear plugs faster then the postal service to the destination. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way before, but we have got it fixed now. All orders are arriving very very very quickly. Joseph-customer service mgr.

Dear Jessica: The reason your ear plugs lost their seal is because you didn't push and flatten the ear plug in and against your ear canal (firmly enough) to get and keep a good seal. Don't be so delicate when inserting. Allow them to seal. They'll do the job and then some and you'll begin to see why all our testimonials are so positive. Most sincerely Joseph-customer service

Dear Rosie This all natural, soft and moldable Beeswax earplug WILL NOT BLOCK OUT WELL until you prepare and insert it CORRECTLY! I too, wear this exact ear plug every night & it is without a doubt, the HIGHEST BLOCKING MOLDABLE EAR PLUG IN EXISTENCE, but to experience the superior performance, you must follow these preparation and insertion directions (exactly) and you will see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate. Note! Many adults with smaller ear canals do not insert the whole ear plug; for just after they have kneaded the ear plug to make it soft and moldable, they pinch off at least (a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you’ll notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Rosie, please give this fine moldable ultra-high blocking ear plug, “A Fair Test”.
