Dear David: The delay was not caused by us. UK customs has been delaying our parcels that arrive in the UK for weeks at a time. We shipped your order within 24 hours of receiving it. On your next order, please tell us of the earlier delivery time of your previous order and we will issue you a special discount and send your order via Fed-Ex with arrival in jut 2-3 days. I have tried every ear plugs that you can buy, right up to hunting gear and racing ear plugs... Yr.s of spending my nights changing beds from snoring from my husband! At last i m back in my marriage place! Thank you for my quiet nights of sleep!

These earplugs are the most comfortable I have worn. They did not block the snoring of the person sharing the room well enough for me to fall asleep. Compared to foam earplugs they do block more sound.

I love the seal on these babies, but they leave sticky film on my inner ear. But hey, they do the job! I can go to a festival and get a decent night sleep... without all of the noise!

Dear customer: Just for the first or second wearing, there may be a slight residue of pure Lanolin. The Lanolin is nurturing for the skin and makes the ear plug slightly tacky, so that it stays securely in the ear canal and really blocks out much. Thank you Mary-customer service

I waited 3 weeks. Much longer than previous orders. I sent two emails requesting delivery info and got no replies. My credit card was charged in two days yet I waited 3 weeks. Love the product. Unhappy with service this time.

Dear LW: Our sincerest apology on the arrival time. We ship out all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but for the past month the International orders going into Canada through Ontario have been delayed by the Canadian customs dept. for 2 weeks before they released the shipment to Canada Post. We are searching for an alternative. We sincerely hope that our ultra-high blocking ear plug was worth the long wait. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

I found these stylish belay glasses such a good deal so I thought "they don't cost much so I might as well try them out".They arrived super fast and turned out to be great.The ones you find in climbing shops cost 3 times as much.Highly recommended
