These are the only earplugs i have used (and believe me I have tried lots!) that really do work.

I had trouble from the beginning with getting the ear plugs to "seal" and not fall out. I contacted customer service, and while they were quick to respond and helpful, nothing they suggested worked. I tried several nights (continuing to consult with customer service) in varying ways to make them work as they get such good reviews. I made CERTAIN to follow the instructions to a "T" to no avail. Out of frustration, I returned to using my "old fashioned" Hearos 33db plugs that you roll and squeeze between your fingers, insert and they "swell" creating the seal. The sad part is, the earplugsonline are expensive and now I have a box of 12 pair that I cannot use and would not recommend/pass along to friends that also wear ear plugs to sleep (or for whatever reason) as they do not work. I wish I had experienced the success of those in so many of the reviews, but just didn't. I was hopeful. They remain in the drawer unused. A total waste of my money.

Try them one time, you will be sold.

These earplugs worked great i used them on a trip in the country where the roosters start to crow at 1:30 am and go past dawn on the hour and i was able to sleep right through it didnt hear the roosters at all didnt hear my alarm clock either.

I tried a variety of ear plugs to block my husbands snoring. All the others either didn't block the noise, were too difficult to insert properly, or would cause soreness in my ear canal. Have not experienced any of these issues w the BPI product. Now that I've discovered them- I won't use anything else and I no longer have to sleep in the guest room.
