I've successfully used this product for about 7 years now. They come packed neatly in a little tray. I pull a pair out, let them gently warm in my palm and gently need them to fit into my ear. They are made from non synthetic wax, which our household prefers. They are the best earplugs ever! My husband is a musician and loves them. We travel extensively and they work great for that airplane noise, as well as barking dogs, and other loud noises. Great customer service too.

Dear Abby: Being an honorable company that practices the 'Golden Rule', we invite all comments so that any new viewer to our website can read various opinions about us and our ear plug. We will not speak negatively about our competitor's products, for we let our ear plug do the talking for us. Abby, we put Pure Lanolin into our ear plugs so that they will be soft, moldable and form to each person's ear canal when inserting, but we clearly ask the customer on the card that accompanies each order, to "work or knead" the ear plugs for 15 seconds just prior to insertion to disburse the Lanolin throughout the ear plug. We use Lanolin because it is nurturing to human skin. Please do not give up on this fine ear plug. Be sure to knead it for at least 15 seconds and then you will see that the Lanolin is more disbursed. There still needs to be a bit of 'tackiness' so that the ear plug will stay securely in the ear and allow it to do what it does best. " BLOCK OUT SOUND ". Abby, your satisfaction is important to us. Took a recent trip to Cuenca, Ecuador which can be a very noisy town in some areas. Tried these great ear plugs out and was able to sleep through every thing. Thanks to the earplugs I was able to enjoy my entire vacation and to always be rested.

I was a a little skeptical with trying this product as I have tried so many other products before. I was really amazed with how much sound was blocked out! My husband and I can now sleep together again!

I tried spongy ear plugs, and cooton balls. I spouse snors, and these did not help. I went on line looking for something that would block out this noise, and let me get some sleep. There cannot be a better product on the market. I can use these and they block out all noise.

I bought this product based upon the website reviews but it turned out to be a waste of money. It is a wax that gets stuck in the ear canal which is very dangerous. I do not recommend this product.

Dear Libidi: It is very very rare, but on occasion, a customer will either push the ear plug into their ear canal (way too far) or they will pinch off so much ear plug material and insert (way too small) a piece that it becomes difficult to remove. We try to be very clear with a web page that instructs the customer "To Insert & Remove" and with an instruction card that comes with each order. This fine ear plug is meant to be flattened against the ear opening and not pushed so far into the canal that it becomes difficult to remove. When flattened against the ear opening, it will (seal) the ear, block out (more sound) than any other ear plug can and it will also (seal out water) 100%. Libidi, this is truly a safe and superior ear plug but, should you insert our ear plug again, please just flatten it against your ear opening (until you feel the ear plug seal). Should you not want to re-insert our ear plug, then be sure to return it to us for a refund. We are an honorable company and we guarantee your complete satisfaction.
