I'm able to take just one plug, break it in two, roll in my hands to soften it, shape it into a longer piece, then push in my ear letting form to my ear's shape, leaving enough to grab onto for removal. What I like about it over the expanding throw away styles is that it doesn't expand and end up hurting my ears. You can still hear the important things but it blocks, (greatly reduces) the loud engine noise. Very happy.

Am a very lite sleeper and everything wakes me or keeps me awake. These work very well, but they are a bit uncomfortable. Also my breathing is amplified to begin with which makes sleeping difficult, but once asleep it's no problem. Have to sleep on my back though as on my side is uncomfortable. Have just received my 3rd order and they have arrived here in TRNC which is a minor miracle as post often goes astray, or companies don't deliver here in the first place. Top marks for getting them here, 3 times in a row, with no problem. Let's hope when I need them again they will find me in my next destination of Panama.

Not any better at snoring/noise reduction that the cheap foam ones! Total disappointment. The material leaves a greasy film inside your ears. Seems like this product is nothing but play-doh!

Please phone our office and we will show you how to prepare the ear plug just prior to insertion and we'll show you how to insert the ear plug so that you will NOT HEAR ANY SNORING AT ALL! 1-800-226-1884 Just prior to insertion, you have to knead our ear plug through your fingers for 15 seconds to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. The earplugs do not block out anymore noise than the average foam earplugs you can buy at any store. It also feels like having a ton of wax in your ear and they are not comfortable.

Dear Stephanie: There was an simple basic instruction card for you to read, in the package with your order!!! PLEASE follow these instructions: Just prior to insertion, our Beeswax ear plug must be (kneaded or worked) between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it (soft & moldable. At that time, being a women with smaller ear canals, you should have pinched off about 1/3rd of the ear plug and inserted a smaller size. It would have then felt so much more comfortable. Then you must push and flatten the ear plug IN & AGAINST your ear opening (UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG SEAL.) When you insert our ear plug as I described, it will block out 1000% more sound than foam ear plugs. You will be amazed at the amount of sound blocked out!
