Dear Caroline: Being soft and mouldable, we at times we receive a similar report because the ear plug is new and surely different from the typical foam ones. You said that ( you were " afraid ") and I could tell from your response that you didn't insert the ear plug firmly enough or flatten it against your ear opening to allow it to (SEAL). your ear. If you did ( it would surely ) have blocked out his snoring!!!! Plasticine is something in Australia. That's not us!! Our ear plug is made from BEESWAX and it holds together nicely. Caroline, please don't be afraid of it, "give it a go" and insert it as the instruction card that came with your order describes, and allow this magnificent ear plug to (prove itself) to you. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Robert: Oh yes! We know they work "fine". We too wear them! Robert, the average wearer gets 35 to 40 wearings per pair or until the person's body absorbs all the Lanolin out of the ear plug. The Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug 'soft, mouldable' and slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and ''blocks out much''. Please reply back and tell us how many wearings you are getting per pair? I ask that, because some customers think that the ear plug should last forever. Robert, please feel free to keep in touch with me, I too wear them daily and nightly and I am only too happy to make sure you that are successful with this superior ear plug. Dear Ashleigh: I'm surprised that you didn't contact us earlier by e-mail or phone. Your online order arrived March 9th and was shipped out via the (postal service) from here in Oregon, USA on March 10th. to your address in Manitoba, Canada. It should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. Ashleigh, you rated us with ONE star, but in reality our shipping dept. did a good job and deserved 5 stars for shipping your order within 8 hours of receiving it. One star may be appropriate for the (postal service). I will contact Canada Post in the morning to see if we can locate the shipment. Ashleigh, if I cannot get any verification of it's whereabouts, then we will re-ship you immediately and include a free gift for your inconvenience of waiting. Most sincerely Mary-customer service
