I really like these plugs, they are secure and they keep out lots of noise when I am trying to sleep. The only inconvenience I can think of is that the they trap the tiny hairs next to my ears sometimes but its cause they are soft which is nice.

I have used these plugs for years because they are comfortable. I have tried other brands made from wax, custom molded silicon, throw away foam. These are the best that I have found. They don't give me a headache when worn for extended periods. I work in dirty industrial environment so a pair will last a two to four weeks if I wash my hands before handling them. When they lose their stickiness, throw them away and get a new pair.
