Dear Miguel: Our (soft and moldable) ultra-high blocking BEESWAX ear plugs will ( ONLY ) work well when they are inserted CORRECTLY and SEALING The Ear Canals !!!!!!! Miguel, please read the "instruction Card" that came with your order or please read and follow the instructions in the next few sentences below. When you do, you will be VERY VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and I promise you that you will change your mind and highly RECOMMEND these magnificent ear plugs. !!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and block out SUPERBLY !!! 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way) and insert it ( exactly ) the same way as the first ear plug. Miguel, you will now notice a HUGE DIFFERENCE !!! Dear Anthony: If you want to Block Out ( ALL ) the Noise, then insert these ultra-high blocking (soft and moldable) ear plugs (( a bit more firmly )) UNTIL THEY ((( SEAL ))) YOUR EAR CANALS. Sincerely Mary-customer service
