Dear Claudio: They're BETTER THAN GOOD !!! THEY'RE GREAT !!! Claudio, please read and follow the next sentence and you'll see that we're MUCH MUCH BETTER than average. Now insert our soft and moldable ear plugs (a bit more firmly) to where they SEAL the ear canal, and you'll be amazed at how well they block out the "low frequency noises. Dear DW: On the contrary !!! Our ear plug will block out (ALL) the noise; even better than advertised !!!. D.W. If you don't insert our soft and moldable Beeswax ear plug CORRECTLY to where it SEALS the ear canal, then it will be just slightly better at blocking out than cotton balls. Please see the video on our website OR read the instruction card that came with your order or BETTER YET; please follow the instructions in the following sentences and DW you'll change your mind and "sing us praise"!!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and it will block out superbly. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way) and insert it (exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. Now, listen to the SILENCE!!! Most sincerely Mary-customer service
