Dear Michael: ON THE CONTRARY!! Our ultra-high blocking ear plug PERFORMS ((( BETTER ))) THAN ADVERTISED !!! BUT you have to insert it CORRECTLY, to where it SEALS the ear canal COMPLETELY !!! Michael, PLEASE follow these instructions below EXACTLY, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the TOTAL SILENCE!!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and it will block out superbly. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way) and insert it (exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. Now, listen to the SILENCE!!! Most sincerely, Sally - BPI Customer Service

Dear Judy: THAT’S AN EASY FIX !!! You will be able to block him all out !!! Here’s why and here's how !!! The reason you can still hear your husband snoring is because you did not (push or flatten) the ear plug FIRMLY ENOUGH in and against the ear opening, and it didn't ((( SEAL ))) the ear canal. It (protruded) out too far and made contact with your hair. Please follow the instructions below and you'll hear nothing but SILENCE!!! 1.
