Dear LH: This is an EASY FIX!!! LH, Mighty Plugs will work PERFECTLY. Just follow the below instructions (exactly) and you'll see that ALL the snoring will be blocked out. 1. First take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead or work) it well through your fingers or hands for 15 seconds to make the ear plug (soft and mouldable). Then follow the directions in # 2: 2. Push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening & into your ear canal UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) (SEAL) (SEAL) your ear canal. YES, It needs to SEAL the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. Now, with both ears SEALED, LISTEN TO (( SILENCE )) !!!!!! LH we too, all wear this magnificent ear plug for the same reason. We know IT WORKS!!!!; We are at 800-226-1884. Should you need any assistance, we'll be happy to help you insert them (( correctly )) while we're on the phone. Most Sincerely, Mary - BPI Customer Service
