I have been using these earplugs for several years. They are the best earplugs I have found. The reason I didn't give five stars is because the price for the earplugs has increased and a storage box was not included as in previous purchases.

Read the web page " To insert and Remove" on our website 4. Read the Instruction Card that came with your order. 5. Lastly--follow the instructions below and you'll be pleasantly ((shocked))!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make this Beeswax Ear Plug (soft and malleable).When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit more (firmly) and FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or most likely no noise at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards.. The earplugs are great for small ears as they are malleable. They also are great for blocking sound BUT for some reason in my sleep they keep getting stuck in my hair and it is incredibly hard to wash out.

Dear Alexandra: Oh Yes! We and 6 million others know how "Great" for "BLOCKING SOUND" they are . Alexandra, we all have shoulder length hair and never experience any issue with the ear plugs because>>>>> the reason your hair got involved is because YOU DIDN'T PUSH THE EAR PLUGS INTO THE EAR CANAL DEEPER ENOUGH and they PROTRUDED out too far and got involved with your hair. Alexandra, push them in deeper and then be observant to how much more sound will be blocked out now. You'll be very pleasantly surprised; plus no more hair issue. Sincerely Mary-customer service

The delivery took longer than I expected (3 weeks to Australia). The earplugs are quite comfortable, I like that you can mould them however they don’t block out 100% of noise (they do sufficiently dull the external noises).

Dear Bree: For faster delivery, please ask the Australian Customs Dept. to release the parcels much quicker. At times they retain the parcels for 7- 10 days. My husband is very happy with his pair of earplugs!!! He uses it when he is in an out of state jobsite, with room mates that snores. He tried expensive noise cancelling headphones but it did not work! These earplugs did the job!! Thank you very much!!!
