Hi Ive been buying worlds finest plugs for over 8 years now and i noticed the shipping time is getting worst. it’s unacceptable to pay for shipping and receive the item months later. I ordered the the plugs back in april and im just receiving them now 27th of june...the initial shipment disnt work because the appartment number was missing so i had to pay again for shipping that’s fine but for it to take another month and a half to arrive is simply wrong. I noticed when i asked the first time if item was being shipped somwone awnsered me this Dear Isabel: Your order was processed on 5/16/2018 and is on its way. Orders to Canada are taking an average of 3-5 weeks to arrive. Kind regards Janet - BPI Customer Service i ordered on june 15th how does it take one whole month and one day to process my order? these are ear plugs.... anyway im seriously thinking of not ordering again because its just not worth waiting. thanks for hearing

If you're not accustomed to this style of ear plug [softening the wax, then shaping to the ear with a little 'stem' into the canal, then smashing it flat into your ear for a good seal], they take a little getting used to. But they WORK. Product shipped promptly with no issues. This is my second batch. Like them more and more.

I've used these earplugs for years and love them. Natural, comfortable, effective, and a good company with quick shipment and good service. I recommend them to anyone wanting great earplugs.

The earplugs are the best and the service is even better. Had my order in just a few days.
