Dear Michelle: We received a similar review just 13 hours ago, so I will copy and paste my reply since the application is the same. Michelle, this is an EASY FIX!!!! Mighty Plugs are made from Beeswax and MUST (( SEAL )) the ear canals to block out well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please follow these simple instructions below and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much snoring sound is blocked out afterwards!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and { work it or knead it } thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make this Beeswax Ear Plug (soft and malleable). When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug ( a bit more FIRMLY) and FLATTEN it against your ear opening and ((into your ear canal)); until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL ))!!!!!!!!!!!!. until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL ))!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now listen to the SILENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you still hear him a little, that's OK; for you will fall asleep much quicker then before and each night afterwards you will hear LESS asnd LESS to the point where you'll hear nothing. Dear Damien: Your order was shipped out from here in Oregon to Victoria, Australia on the 7th of July; and it was sent with FREE shipping. All the orders going into Australia have to pass through inspection at the Australian Customs Agency. Sadly they are just now beginning to be released to the Australian Postal service. . Our ((US Economy ((International)) Postal Service)) is terribly slow; and then passing through ((Australian Customs)) upon entering your country is another delay, and then finally it’s released to the ((Australian Postal Service)).
