I've been using earplugsonline for almost a year. I absolutely love them. My wife doesn't snore, she roars. My ear plugs have been a blessing, they filter out the noise and I am getting a good nights sleep. Right now I'm online reordering a few more pair. I've tried a lot of different ear plugs and these have proven to be the very best. Jim

Those did not work at all for my hubby and I.....I use ear plugs made of cotton and beeswax. These were so waxy they got in my hair and was so stuck to my hair I could NOT get it out. I had to cut it out!!!!!! My hair dresser could not believe it.....total waste of money. I feel foolish for ordering these.

Dear Teresa: The moment I read the word "hair" in your review; then I knew what you didn't do!!! Teresa, you didn't insert the ear plugs DEEP ENOUGH into your EAR CANAL and they "protruded out too far", got involved with your hair; and didn't block out much; for they didn't SEAL the ear canal. It's obvious that our website must (( explain )) much more clearly, how to (( prepare )) and how to (( insert )) Mighty Plugs. If you would have (kneaded) the ear plugs to make them (soft and mouldable), and then inserted them firmly enough so that they SEALED the ear canal; you would have just like the other 10, 000 reviewers; "sang us praise". Teresa, please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you'll have the best blocking ear plug in the world doing what it does best; BLOCKING OUT!!!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and ( work it or knead it ) thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it ( soft and malleable ) When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug & FLATTEN it ( IN---- AGAINST ) and (INTO) your ear canal, ( until you feel a GOOD SEAL ). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t (SEAL) immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will ((SEAL)) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear much less sound and often no sound at all. Teresa, we all wear them too, so please feel free to phone us. Have used these plugs for several years. First because of a snoring spouse and recently because of a somewhat noisy humidifier in the bedroom. The plugs work great.

Placed an order on 29 July 2018 with shipping to South Africa. Nearly 4 months later, order not received, it's stuck in distribution centre in Johannesburg. All my attempts to contact their customer service and offering solutions to the issue have been flat out ignored. I have now requested a full refund. I don't have very high expectations of them handling this request in a professional manner, but I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised. What a shame - excellent product, terrible customer service. We have received way too many reports from South Africans of non-receipt. Enough is enough! We are refunding you in full and accept this loss as a gain in knowledge. Just wow! FYI, despatched order cannot be treated as completed until it's delivered. That's just common sense. Be angry at your chosen delivery service and not the people who for some weird reason give you their business.
