If you are looking to block out noise when you sleep this is the ear plug for you. I’m a very light sleeper and i have tried 100’s of different ear plugs, non of which worked for me. I don’t remember how I found these ear plugs because it’s been years since I have been using them. They ARE the best!!!

Excellent product. It does “ What it says on the tin “ . The product just muffles out those loud noises . Much better than the foam version. If there is loud traffic outside your hotel using these ear plugs it’s as if you have moved in one more street . Not silence but enough to get you asleep.zzzzzzz
