Hi Chase, fair point. We actually just rolled out some changes this week, and the timing of that review prompt was one of the rough edges we're still smoothing out. That's exactly what open beta is for. We're actively working through feedback like yours to get things right before a full launch. If you give us another shot as we keep improving, we'd love to hear what you think then. Thanks for being here early. The Earnopolis Team

Hey Jason, congrats on your first redemption! So glad the payout came through quickly, and we appreciate the honest feedback about the pending period. You're right that 21 days can feel like a wait. To share some context, the hold exists to protect everyone on the platform, especially newer users, since fraud risk is higher early on. The good news is that as you level up your account, that window shortens and your threshold increases, so it gets better the more you use Earnopolis. Thanks for giving us a fair shot and sticking with it. We hope to see you climbing those levels soon! The Earnopolis Team

Thanks for the 5 stars! Fast cashouts are something we take seriously, so always good to hear it's working the way it should.

Thanks for the review, Best Lobby! You're right that turbo offer hold times can feel long, but as you noted, they're significantly shorter than what most sites in the space require. Hold periods shrink as you level up — Hermes rewards loyalty. Merci d'avoir partagé ton expérience!

Thanks so much, Daniel! We put a lot of effort into the site design and keeping support responsive, so it's great to hear that comes through. Welcome aboard!

Hi Sheikh, we reached out through Trustpilot for more details to help resolve this but didn't hear back. The block you're seeing is part of our security system designed to protect our users. It can trigger based on things like VPN usage or location restrictions. Your Trustpilot profile lists your location as the United States, but we don't block the United States. If you'd like assistance, you can reach out to us through the Contact Us form on the website.
