Started out pretty well. Amassed a decent little chunk of change in the first week and was paid out routinely. Lots of decent offers and the site is pretty user friendly. But I started not getting rewarded for more and more tasks, and currently have had at least 10 support tickets in on my different games that have been left ignored. Over $100 worth of missing rewards, with no response from any customer service. I really really liked them at first. This is sad.

Hi Ghostwalk, We don't see any support tickets from the email account associated your Trustpilot review. Since late May you earned $86.63, and you still have $73.00 coming from "Puzzles & Chaos: Frozen Castle - Buy the monthcard and become a VIP ($29.99)". Please reach out to us over Discord or the ticketing system on our website. We've been here the whole time :) UPDATE: It appears you're logged in and we're able to redeem what was left of your balance. However, you have not reached out to us regarding your claims that we never responded to your inquires. Regards, The Earnopolis Team

My reward link is delayed. Why ?
Response from EarnopolisMar 31, 2026
Marguerite, we noticed your account was created as a duplicate, which violates our terms. That's why your reward link wasn't processed. We don't allow multiple accounts to keep things fair for everyone. If you had an issue with your main account, we'd be happy to help there, but duplicate accounts can't earn rewards. -The Earnopolis Team
