I've been waiting for a package with some socks for two weeks and I don't get anything. I also can't see the tracking of the shipment. It's a scam????

I recently purchased 2 ladies jackets advertised on Instagram. The advertised jackets had lining and pockets, but the two I received were of very low quality. I requested a refund and received a response from support at earnbmaings.com and they are only offering $7 out of $56.12 from what I have paid. As of today I have not received 1p. What I received was shocking much worse than a Temu product. What a scam

Feel like such a fool. I'm usually very good at recognizing a scam. Unfortunately not this time. I'm on a very fixed income...I bet your mothers would be proud.

I placed an order at 8:13 am on Sunday… i received notification from PayPal that an additional $14.99 was being charged as tax making the total $74.97. That was an absurd amount so at 8:18 I sent an email telling them to cancel the order. I contacted paypal and my bank. That afternoon the company claimed my order was on the way. They are dishonest and refuse to take accountability. I got a second email saying they included a tracking number. I would not recommend this company and hope you take measures to be sure you aren’t charged this additional money. I will return the items and hope PayPal handles the refund due to me.

I purchased the Mother to Son infinity bracelet on Nov. 29th. I paid for shipping insurance and fast delivery. Tomorrow is Dec. 20th and I haven't received anything. I've contacted their customer service and they keep telling me it was delivered. I'm disabled and live in an apartment. My son is going thru a deep depression and I wanted this for a gift for him for Christmas, but I can't get any help from them. I've asked neighbors and the office if it was delivered wrong and started a case with USPS, but no one has seen it!! I want to cry - how can a company be so cruel. This is definitely a dishonorable company.

Typical chinese scam website. Do not purchase from them. Waste of money as the product it's not what they advertised. Total scam and their customer service will only ask you to give away the product and it's a robot always repeating the same message no matter what you send them.

Poor service … it’s been one month since I ordered the Periodic Table and still waiting. Customer service is a computer that’s sends pre-written messages. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my nephew. I’ve filed reports with Facebook and Instagram for fake advertising and also with the FTC for fraud.
