One of the worse experience with this since 2 and half month they are not able to fix my face verification glitch. Due to that reason now I decided not to go with e and money. So many times I called customer service they escalated the issue and therself resolve the issue without doing anything. Literally I was about to mad for this kind of issue. Just small issue they are not serious for resolve the issue. Thanks e and money For this kind of support .... God bless you

6 days kept my money and returned silently. Worst ever service. Caution for everyone. Keep 1000 meter distance from this app. Who will compensate the 5 days suffering of my family. Time spent on follow up calls. Stress and delay in purchasing medicines.

I am extremely disappointed with e& money. I tried to make an international transfer twice, and both times the transaction completely failed. However, despite the money never actually being sent, they still charged me the transaction fee for BOTH failed attempts! When I contacted their customer support to simply get my fees refunded for the failed transfers, it was a complete nightmare. Nobody actually took responsibility or resolved the issue. They just gave me the runaround, telling me to "send an email to this address" and "do this instead." I’ve just been going around and around in circles with their team, dealing with endless loops, and I still don't have my refund. It is completely unacceptable to penalize a user with fees for a system failure on their end, and then make the customer jump through endless hoops to get their own money back. Extremely frustrating service. Save yourself the headache and use a more reliable and professional transfer app.

Too much delay in receiving money, there is customer support instead of help they will advice us new complaints and each complaints will notify 2 days to 5 days time to resolve and do the transaction and there is again more delays on that

I had a very hectic day because of one transaction. I sent money to my home country specifically to do something and told my family I had sent the money previous evening. Today 27.09.2026 my sister tells me they did not receive the money. I was very stressed after a stressful day at work. When I checked I saw the money was on my e& account ( it did not go where I sent it) I tried to send it several times but they were asking for face recognition and biometrics which I never registered with. I spoke to 3 e& Customer Service staff who couldn't help. I requested to reverse my money which they told me it will take like 5 days. Very annoying Service. Thanks to Customer service staff Barun who was finally able to help.

I am so frustrated, I have been transferring money from my bank account to e&money. It was deducted from my account, and many days already the amount is not appear in my e&money account. How can I trust this site again?? I called but still no result. So bad. I will not trust my money to this site again.
