Esperienza estremamente negativa. Dopo un addebito contestato e non riconosciuto su conto sumup di 34, 90 euro per l acquisto inesistente di un abbonamento di cui ho chiesto i documentazione , l’assistenza mi ha comunicato per iscritto che avrebbero proceduto al rimborso e successivamente che il rimborso era stato approvato e che sarebbe stato accreditato sulla mia carta entro 5-30 giorni. Trascorso il tempo indicato, il rimborso non è mai arrivato. Dopo denuncia alla polizia postale mi è stato detto che, in realtà, il rimborso non era stato elaborato con successo e che il loro sistema non riusciva a completarlo. Ho chiesto prova concreta dell’effettivo tentativo di rimborso, come un codice ARN o un riferimento della transazione ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto niente. Leggendo le altre recensioni su questa azienda mi rendo conto che a più persone come me e’ stata illecitamente sottratta questa somma …. Mi chiedo come mai questa azienda continua indisturbata ad effettuare questi addebiti illeciti?

Scammers. Took money and have tried it again this month for a book subscription scam. Reported the fraud to bank and to police. 100’s have been scammed. Please report it.

SCAM! £34.90 debited from my account, I do not know how. Have contacted the bank fraud team. How can I give a negative star?

FRAUDULENT SCAM I have never had any interaction with this firm or website, then found a charge on my debit card for £34.90. No idea how they got the details, but have nothing to do with this firm, and if charged by them report it as soon as possible.

This company took two payments from me unknowingly. I only noticed the second. Payments taken through Apple pay and I’ve no idea how! I didn’t sign up but found signup emails in my junk. Complete scam. Go very careful! £34.90 a month! Not even used a service.

Their website came up randomly when I was looking at hijobs.com and it was late at night and a big banner came up apply now so I thought it was the jobs right, I clicked on it and it said FREE! 0.00 sign up fee so I clicked on it thinking nothing of it and a couple days later THEY STOLE MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION OR VISTIED THWIR WEBSITE AFTER THAT REPORT THIS HORRIBLE SCAMMING WEBSITE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
