The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Hadi was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase.”

I had a great experience. The people who gave bad rating should know that delivery issues can happen with small businesses. As long as they realized their mistakes and fulfilled their order, it’s all good! I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!!

They got the order wrong and then when notified about it decided to take 2 weeks to send the correct order. Customer service is lacking! I received an email with one sentence saying “Sorry for the mistake” Never buying anything again from this company who will probably be out of business in another week!

Great and reliable sellers. Making purchases with them since a year now. Highly recommended!!

This company advertised a 90-day supply of Everday Dose, but sent the same size bag advertised on other sites as a 30-day supply. I emailed customer service to try to fix this problem and received a prompt reply indicating they would send the remainder of the order "soon." After about one week, I received a call from the company, apologizing for their mistake, indicating they had a new associate who was unfamiliar with the product and sent the wrong size bags. I was offered to return them, or wait for them to ship me the remaining amount I had ordered. I received the rest of the shipment today and am very pleased with both the product and the customer service. I will give them another try when I need more of this product.
