Been told item delivered but no item were delivered wife in all day and no reply from many emails

Still have not received the product. It took an email inquiry to find out that it’s delayed.

Twice as slow to ship as the product manufacturer

The CBD gummies came recommended by my doctor for my insomnia. I tried them but they did not help me. I had to try them for me to determine if they worked. The company refused to give me a refund because the item was opened. My experience was poor and I’ve let others l know not to purchase from your company. Next time I’ll go directly to Charlotte’s Web as they were much more customer oriented.

The product is fine as my husband had previously purchased at a local store. My issue was that it took an entire month to ship it to me. I'm just thankful I hadn't planned on using them as stocking stuffers.

Took over two weeks to process my order. When I sent an e-mail to inquire about the status I never received a reply. Still have not received product although message said it shipped 3 days ago.

I placed an order for an item and later found out it is out of stock and that I will have to wait until October to receive it (order was placed mid August) I would not have placed the order if I had known it was out of stock.
