Dynafile has been an excellent resource for our company. It is a very simple and easy resource. The ease of the application and the top notch customer service is exemplary. You can view, email, fax a document with ease. The ability to label and file multiple documents at a time is a great tool.

We implemented Dynafile at Unity Health in 2013 and have not looked back. Working with Brock Kane and Brian McCleary has been a great experience. Starting with implementation which was smooth and quick without any headaches. Scanning in the initial backlog of documents was made much easier with the tools that dynafile offers, and going forward with the Docusign integration we have been able to scale this system from our original 2 hospital and multi clinic setup with around 1500 associates into our current 3 hospital and several clinic set up with over 2250 associates with the new all electronic workflow they helped us to develop. It is rare that you actually get the value you were sold out of a software product, however Dynafile is clearly the exception to this rule and has helped us to bridge the gap between a slow clunky paper file system into a modern, streamlined electronic system that is accessible with a few clicks of the mouse or via mobile devices while you are on the go.

Product is great, meets all our business needs and more. Highly recommend if you are tired of all the "piles"...Dynafile is a high quality, safe solution for any and all digital document storage.
