We have relaunched our company to become the NEW DX SABERS in august of 2024. Along with our new head of customer service, Emma Walsh, we offer live support, new sabers every week, sabers delivered in 2 weeks or less and we are able to really stand by that fact. If any delays are caused customers may be compensated depending on the circumstances, and we have become much more dedicated to customer care and resolutions. Superb Customer Service
Have not long ordered my saber, but the customer I have received so far has been amazing. They are only a new company and have a small workforce, but they are super quick to get back to you and have answered all my questions as a first time buyer. I couldn’t be happier, I have yet to receive my saber, but once I do I shall update this review.

Darth Revan/Customer Service
Wife ended up ordering a light saber (Darth Revan) as a early birthday present, (birthday not till September), wife told me about it and everything. We had do move so I had the job of contacting to change address, Paul and the whole DX saber team as been amazing and professional. Made me feel like family and that all is well. I can’t wait to see this amazing masterpiece and match it with my Cosplay!! Thank you DxSabers!!!

The Hope Of Leia Neopixel Lightsaber
This lightsaber is amazing, it has many sound fonts and it comes with proffieboard 2.2. The wait for the lightsaber took long but I understand why because of Covid-19. Also Paul from dx sabers and Damien from lgt gave really good customer service, I am a young Jedi collecting lightsabers in the galaxy and Dx Sabers is the best choice. They're even better than Dok Ondars on the planet Batuu.

Dark Jedi light saber
I ordered the dark Jedi from dx sabers, and it exceeded all my expectations. There were 6 fonts I didn’t even pay for that he put on just to be generous. Even with long shipping times due to covid, it was worth the wait. I definitely recommend buying from this company, it was very well made and worth the money.

Excellent lightsaber by Dx Sabers
Excellent lightsaber by Dx Sabers! I waited just over 2 months and it was well worth the wait! Well made and it will please any fan! Thank you Paul you’re the best! These guys are not fake if you have any questions about them talk to me they are completely legit and have excellent customer service!
